Louise + Tommy’s Cafe Brauer wedding was elegant and lovely. Getting ready at the Thompson Hotel, Louise was surrounded by her girl squad including her sisters, mom and grandmothers. Tommy’s grandmother was also part of the fun and because she’s such a character was the fun! Pretty in pink, her bridesmaids were on hand to enjoy the fun. Mimosas flowing, beautiful Louise was ready to relish her day. Because they kept it traditional, Tommy had to wait until his bride was walking down the aisle to see her.
Louise was all smiles as she walked down the aisle with her Dad.
Ready to celebrate, Louise + Tommy beamed walking out of the church and onto the trolley for some photos around town. The day was so bright & sunny, which is every couples hope on their wedding day. Of course, that creates a challenge for the hard working photographer 😉 After a quick stop in the sun at North Avenue beach, we headed to LaSalle street for some shade!
Their Cafe Brauer wedding venue was decked out so beautiful with flowers from Vale of Enna and a gorgeous cake from Amy Beck Cake Design. The little details of their Cafe Brauer wedding were unique. A honeycomb pattern was featured on the cake, the menus and the welcome sign. Guests enjoyed the sunshine and some cocktails with a fab view of Lincoln Park.
Tommy’s brother stole the show with his toast when he presented Tommy with a tee shirt that had a photo of Tommy from childhood as a ballerina. After dinner, the newlyweds enjoyed their first dance and executed a perfect dip! After their perfect wedding celebration, the lucky couple is off to a romantic honeymoon in Greece. Opa!
